|Recommended: YesJust moved in, so far fantastic — Everything about this community is fantastic with the exception that parking is a bit limited. The grounds are nice, the construction is solid and have yet to hear any of my neighbors. It's a little pricey, but you get what you pay for and so far, it's totally worth it.

|Recommended: YesTownship 28 is the BEST — Township 28 Apartments is a great place to live. It is quite, very well maintained, and clean. I rarely hear my neighbors. It is an animal friendly place to live. Whenever I have had a maintenance request it has been taken care of promptly. The managers are great to work with too.

|Recommended: YesBest experience possible... — I toured my new apartment, applied electronically, and took possession within the span of only a few hours. The integrated technology also meets my very high expectations as a veteran IT professional. The staff have been awesome to work with and the on-site security guard is a major plus.

|Recommended: YesVery nice, Quiet, Calm Community, Perfect for non-partiers — I love living here, it's a super quiet community... There are some families that have small children, but the walls seem to be sound proof... I never hear anything from my neighbors. I loveeeee the countertops in the kitchen. The place is overall one of my favorite places
Depending on what Building you live in though, there is sometimes not much parking, I live in the B building, and parking is definitely lacking, but further back there is plenty of parking.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful home surrounded by beautiful nature — It is a wonderful place to live Very dog friendly, I have a big labrador retriever and we love playing fetch in the dog park. It is great being so close to sequiota park and the greenway trails. My neighbors are friendly and genuinely nice, definitively recommend

|Recommended: YesGreat location and rarely hear neighbors because of thick walls. — It is at a beautiful location. There are tons of outside things to do while also being close to most of the shops Springfield has to offer. Great place to have a pet, most of the residents have one. Parking is easy to come by. Can barely hear neighbors due to the thick walls. The free internet is high speed and great and the cable has many channels. Low utilities cost. The only downside to the apartment is the price, it is a bit expensive. But I believe with the free internet and cable, low utilities, and location make it worth paying just a bit extra.

|Recommended: YesClean, beautiful, spacious, desirable, inviting — Living at Township28 has been wonderful. The office staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and we really feel like this is our home, not just an apartment. The amenities are fantastic and the complex is in a great location, right by a nature trail. We love the space we have here as well, everything is kept clean, the appliances are in great condition, and the overall quality is top notch.
