|Recommended: YesBest place I've lived in Springfield — It fees like a home but without the responsibility of mowing, yard work, or maintaining the structures within your home. The dog park is fantastic enough space for the smallest or biggest of dogs. Neighbors are friendly however you never hear them through the walls. You can get a carport, or park anywhere without one. Staff is friendly and prompt on requests concerns. It's pricey, but you're paying for the experience when you live here basketball courts, social events, pool, quality structure, safety, and piece of mind when you come home.

|Recommended: YesLocation, location, location — The location is one of the things I enjoy most about living at Township 28. Being near the greenway trail and Sequiota park is great. The staff is very professional, friendly and responds quickly to any issues. The only thing I would change would be to add more storage, especially in the kitchen.

|Recommended: YesHigh Quality Apartments and Excellent Staff — I've had a great experience with the staff since I've moved into Township 28. They're incredibly friendly and easily accessible. I've really enjoyed living so close to the Nature Center and Sequiota park, and I very much appreciate the thorough surveillance and security.
I love the interior of my surprisingly spacious studio and I've been incredibly happy with the lack of noise from the neighbors. The quality and style of the appliances and features definitely exceed most apartments I've seen.
I would highly recommend Township 28 to anyone who is searching for an apartment in this area.

|Recommended: YesQuality living in a quaint community — Living at Township 28 means you're close to all the main attractions Springfield has to offer, whether they be the nightlife or the weekend adventures of shops and outdoor recreation. It also means you have a great apartment in which to live. Township 28 isn't like an apartment it's a mini home.

I like the friendly neighbors, the location to greenways trails, clean quiet living space. I don't think i could have found a better place to live at this time.

|Recommended: YesGreat location and friendly staff — close to everything but very quite. This is a very nice place to live the layout of the apartment feels very spacious. Melissa is the office manager and she is very nice and professional.
