|Recommended: YesBest apartment I have ever lived at. — Love the look of this place, the office staff is very friendly efficient, and the community around this place is fantastic Walk path to take your dogs out or even get in a workout, if its to cold there is an inside basketball court work out facility. Also have a pool for the great spring and summer day along with the permanent charcoal grills aside the pool to make dinner or lunch for the family.

|Recommended: YesWonderful and Quite Place to Live — Township 28 is the best housing in Springfield I have found. At first it may seem pricey but the amenities, location, quality of housing, and management make it all more than worth it. I can see myself living here for years to come.

|Recommended: YesI love it — I have always lived in a house for the last 55 years. I downsized and never thought I would live in an apartment but this one is different. I love it and feel like I am on a vacation daily. I cannot hear my neighbors at all. I am hard of hearing and sometimes I need to turn my T.V. up and my neighbors said they never hear it. The people around here are so wonderful and managment is always there for you. And most important, I can keep my pets.

|Recommended: YesOverall great — First of all I love living in a TLC property. I think they are so nice and attentive to their residents. I loved living in my studio this past year. Though it was small. I enjoyed living on the trail and all the care this place had.

|Recommended: YesFabulous — It is like an oasis from Springfield. Tucked away outside of the hustle and bustle but still easy to get anywhere in 10 minutes or less. Best decision we ever made was moving to our new home
