|Recommended: YesMove in review after 24 hours — Grounds are beautiful. Community is great. Location is amazing. They have overnight security on the property. My only complaint at this time is the cleanliness of my apartment upon move-in was not ideal. There were very large amounts of dust on the tops of many high level surfaces throughout the apartment door frames, corners of the ceiling, maintenance closet, shower, cabinets, and fire sprinklers . It also seemed as though carpet in the bedroom had not been cleaned at all. Clear evidence of animal dander, heavy amounts of dust, and matted down. I was walking around barefoot and the bottoms of my feet turned black after being in the bedroom. However, Sam property manager was very responsive and was able to get some out to my apartment to replace the carpet the day after I moved in Very appreciative of his responsiveness to ensure my move-in went smoothly.

|Recommended: YesRecently moved in — I signed the lease based on the reviews from the website and Google. I could not do a tour as I was in a different state. The move-in process was very smooth. The property manager, Matt, was always reachable and was very accommodating. He fulfilled all the requests and made my move-in process very easy. The whole community is clean, quiet, and very pleasing.

Parking can get a bit tight, but there are assigned covered spots available.
