|Recommended: YesBest place in Springfield — It’s everything I expected, plus so much more It’s gorgeous, inside and outside and I’ve never heard a peep out of my neighbors The staff goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. My neighbors are friendly and mostly, it’s 100 safe. As a single woman, I’ve never felt more secure.

|Recommended: YesWonderful Property — We rented a furnished executive apartment for a short time, between houses. Jenna, the property manager, is extremely professional and attentive. She answered every question and promptly dealt with our one small issue with entrance codes. Apartment was very clean, beautifully furnished great bed linens, comfortable furniture, nice artwork, good cookware and dishes, large TV , and had a huge amount of storage. The complex is located in a fun-yet-quiet area of Springfield, near bars, restaurants, and parks. We highly recommend Township 28 and TLC Properties

|Recommended: YesGreat location, beautiful buildings grounds, tons of amenities. — The building and grounds are attractive and well maintained. The move in experience was welcoming and office staff are very helpful and friendly. It's updated decor, clean, quiet and includes great amenities. Great location next to the Galloway walking trail and beautiful Sequiota Park. There has always been a parking space available and the wait list for carports is short.

Everyone is very friendly and quiet Any issue I've had with my apartment, and they have been very minor issues, are solved the very same day. The staff is so welcoming
